Worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Came to this dealership from Mississippi to buy a car. Once the deal is made they will never get back to you with any issues. It took over a month for them to pay off my trade after they received the check the next day for the purchase. When i purchased my 2024 GMC i purchased the package with all included maintenance but that doesn't cover a FUEL FILTER. So ask questions with the finance person you are dealing with because I was told all filters but the Service team says no just oil changes. So your engine air filter not included, cabin air filter not included, fuel filter not included. JUST OIL and filter. The seles representative is dishonest, I dealt with one with my new Chevrolet equinox he and the finance man was very cunning in the dishonesty, miss Danelle, give me a total price and when I see it, I had Car Shield . She changed the total price by $600 more. Not good for representation.

Danielle, my service advisor, was pleasant and did what she could considering it was out her hands unlike the service department!!! Once received truck back the under hood insulation was torn causing exhaust smell to come through the truck ac vents. Also it took 5 weeks for service department to install a update for glow plugs and to swap a electric connection that was frayed. To top it off I was not given a loaner vehicle. The worst service department I've ever incountered!!!
